Ansel + Georgia... 'a Thin Blue Line'Posted by dj.tigersprout (New York City, United States) on 7 July 2009 in Architecture and Portfolio. my minimal constructivist theme continues, with a bit of futurism (the futurists admired youth, speed, technology: the car, the airplane; the industrial city -- all that represented the technological triumph of humanity over nature) this is my favorite of the 4 shots -- these curves are 'killing me softly' -- and that blue line just ties this perfectly into enormously successful cultural an stylistic influences such as 'Tron' & the 'Matrix' and 80's 'Mod' fashion as well as 'Transformers', 'Robocop'. 'Terminator', 'Minority Report', '2001 A Space Odyssey', 'Star Wars', 'Star Trek', and 'artificial intelligence' in general... am i a generation 'X-er' or what? :) all work protected by Creative Commons
