Makes those animals appear even bigger than they already are... 3 Jun 2009 6:43am @zOOm: hehe -- and YES!!! :) have you seen the movie yet? i have not, but need to do so -- to remind me of my magical time there!!! Monique from Koh Samui, ThailandOh, he could offer me anything, he looks very handsome! ;) Wonderful photo and the color toning and lighting are really great! 3 Jun 2009 8:53am MrsAmber from West Wickham, United KingdomAN excellent shot. I was once in a desert with a camel and a bedouin and I found the light extraordinarily difficult to work with; my old film SLR came back with some useless and disappointing shots.. so I can truly admire this shot in many ways. I do like the fact that the man is looking back at you - it makes it a great shot! Were you (meant to be) on the other camel? 3 Jun 2009 9:35am @MrsAmber: thanks Amber!! :) no i had had quite a few rides in other places so i was just content to get this shot without a horde of people standing by... i am sure he would have wished that i had bought a camel ride... i just wanted this pic instead!! lol. Paco Díaz from Palma de Mallorca, SpainBeautiful photo, great document and b/w. I really enjoy your roller coaster ride between the very cold and the very hot! :-) 3 Jun 2009 1:11pm baobab from Cambridge, United Statesnice shot dj: as noted above nicely composed with the rider looking back at you. for some reason the thing that grabs me most about this shot is the juxtaposition of the camels, a truly ancient form of transport, with the tyre tracks of modern man. 3 Jun 2009 1:34pm k@ from Paris, FranceOooooooh !
