a close up look at some glacier ice from Jokulsarlon. deep beautiful blues -- this was one of the most spectacular things i have ever seen!!!

I love how the colors of the glaciers change with the clouds above - a dark day gave deep blue, a blue day gives grey ice/ makes this even more impressive image. well done

Yes, the blue is really unbelievable, isn't it? When I took the trip around the lagoon, they took some ice and it was amazing how hard and transparent it was. I'm still regretting I didn't have a shot of Isla malt whisky with me that day ^_^;;

Stunning blues! it was a dream to see a blue glacier and as you know i got to realise that dream last year, it made me cry it was sooooooo beautiful, gawd knows what i'd be like if i saw this lol

This is one of the wonders of nature that you have to experience with your own eyes although the photo is incredible. Beautiful all those blue tones and I guess the color changes in different light circumstances?

Very nice detail shot. The composition is perfect, in one word. The resolution should have been higher, but OK, better a fine composition than an expensive camera.
