Quarter Past Noon on the Slough, Fairbanks, Alaska

the world bathed in a beautiful, ethereal, 5-hour twilight, i walked the 1 hour journey on the frozen creek into downtown Fairbanks... it was quiet, calm and absolutely frigid... but wonderfully so!!

Very cool. The twilight really makes the snow glow with a magical color - and you get a sense of a very long walk from this photo. Well done.
