@bluechameleon: thank you! i back posted many of these pics when i joined so i am glad someone has looked at them! :) i love this photo too... tropical storms are awesome... but the light on this day was quite unique and it began to pour about 10 minutes after i took this photo.

Absolutely stunning! Beautiful colours, I can feel the storm brewing!! Sydney is a great city, I love the harbour....sitting around reading, taking in the atmosphere. Great shot:-)

Dj you can probably read my mind because of something i'll tell you now. You are aware that many many people take clouds shots and it is most common. This image just reminds me of how I love to take cloud shots no matter how much people take these kinds of shots. I'm pretty sure it is the same for you!

@jean-sebastien: Yes mate -- so true! But these clouds -- wow, i was so captivated! The colors were simply amazing! I remember taking this shot and a few people looking at me, wondering what it was i saw... :) made me smile -- of course i smiled even bigger when i saw this shot on the viewfinder later!! :P
