@Edward James: Thanks! I was knee deep in the water so i could get past the hoards of boats for a clear pic and was dodging waves at the same time! Its the same place that 'the Beach' was filmed... and even though there are throngs of tourists all day long, it is still a gorgeous place.
Wow, you get to travel all over the place. Animus says you're in the US, but MySpace says you're an Aussie. Are you the same Tigersprout at Tunes in the Music for Freaks Bio?

@Twelvebit: Hehe... you've done your homework. :) yes yes yes and no. i travel back and forth between SF and Sydney as i used to live in Australia... think i left my myspace set to oz just for fun. but currently in SF where i grew up and currently work. as for MFF no i am not that tigersprout, though i sold the few releases they had for years! :)
@lucie: thanks -- wish it hadn't been such a tourist destination... i could imagine living there by myself or with a few others. i can only imagine waking up to that view every morning! wow! oh well, with something that beautiful, it has to be shared!
A very satisfying composition and lovely colours. Must have been a very pleasant stay there.

@Andrew Gould: Cheers mate, yes -- the place was lovely -- but there is no accommodation (i wish!)... it is solely a tourist destination by day. would have loved to wake up to that view though... incredible!
I have a picture almost the same as this, I was there 2 years ago,....... such a beautiful place! That is where "the beach" was filmed.

@Sherene: Yes -- and i wish i had been on that production crew... to have spent months in this location would have been divine! :) Thanks for the comment!
